Exchanges
If you are unsure which books you need, we strongly recommend checking your school booklist or contacting us before ordering — we are always happy to help.
If you have ordered the wrong books we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Books must be unused, not written in, and in new condition.

Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required.

Books must have been purchased through this website - If your books were purchased from Office National Hobart please contact them on 03 6272 3111.

Teacher Editions are not eligible for exchange.
HOW EXCHANGES WORK

Customers are responsible for returning the books to us (Launceston) at their own cost (Local drop-off or pick-up can be arranged — please contact us if you are in the Launceston area.)

Once the returned books are received and checked, a refund for the cost of the books will be issued to the original payment method. (Shipping costs are not refunded.)

Customers can then place a new order for the correct books

If replacement books require postage, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds and Returns
Refunds or returns are available only where books are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

the books are faulty or damaged on arrival, or
-
you have received incorrect books due to an error on our part

Books were ordered directly through BertramEducation.com - If your books were purchased through a third-party supplier (e.g. Office National Hobart), please contact them directly for returns and refunds.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photographs may be requested to help assess the issue.
We do not offer refunds for:

change of mind
-
ordering the wrong books
-
books that are no longer required
-
books that have been written in, used, or damaged after delivery

RETURN POSTAGE

If the return is due to a fault or an error on our part, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

If the return does not meet the above criteria, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
