1. Use of Resources

All resources produced by Bertram Education are protected by copyright. Products are provided for use by the purchasing individual or school.

 

A valid copy must be purchased for each student using the resource.

 

Teachers may use purchased resources for instructional purposes within their classroom; however, this does not replace the requirement for individual student copies where the resource is being used by students.

 

Resources must not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or uploaded to public or shared platforms without prior written permission from Bertram Education.

 

Digital access, including eBooks or any online materials, is provided for personal use only and must not be shared or redistributed.

 

2. Product Information

Our resources are designed primarily as physical workbooks for use in the classroom. Any digital versions are provided as supplementary or alternative access options and are not intended to replace the physical product.

 

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged (e.g. school invoicing).

Bertram Education reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

Every effort has been made to ensure that our resources are accurate, relevant, and aligned to course requirements. However, Bertram Education does not guarantee that the content is free from errors or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bertram Education is not liable for any loss, damage, or outcomes arising from the use of these resources.

6. Breach of Terms

Failure to adhere to these Terms & Conditions, including unauthorised sharing or distribution of resources, may result in access to materials being revoked and/or refusal of future supply.

Bertram Education reserves the right to take further action where necessary to protect its intellectual property.
